RAMONKA CHILD SAFETY STANDARDS POLICY
1. Introduction
This document outlines our compliance with and commitment to enforcing strict protocols and prohibitions against child endangerment, child sexual abuse and exploitation within the Ramonka app. This policy applies to all Ramonka app users and highlights our dedication to child protection. This Policy should be used as a supplement to our comprehensive Terms and Conditions, which provide detailed explanation of the rules, limitations, rights and responsibilities associated with using Ramonka. We strongly encourage all Ramonka users to review the Terms and Conditions to ensure a thorough understanding and full compliance.
We adhere to all relevant child safety laws and reporting obligations. When we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or child grooming on our platform, we will take immediate action in compliance with applicable laws. Violations of this policy will result in immediate action, including content removal, account removal and reporting to relevant authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, removing any detected CSAM and reporting it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via their CyberTipline, who may then share the report with relevant local and global law enforcement authorities. All confirmed CSAM incidents are reported as required and our internal compliance procedures are regularly reviewed and updated to meet legal standards and industry best practices.
2. Standards
Users who are not at least 18 years old, or older when explicitly required by applicable state laws, are not permitted to use Ramonka. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. For more information about age restrictions please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Ramonka maintains strict standards prohibiting all forms of content, activities, or interactions that threaten, depict, or enable child exploitation, whether through actual or simulated portrayals. This includes any content that could harm children by involving them in or exposing them to inappropriate, abusive, or sexually explicit situations. These standards apply not only to real children but also to depictions resembling children, such as fictional characters, digitally generated images, dolls, or similar portrayals.
In alignment with this policy, a child is defined as anyone under the age of 18. It is strictly forbidden to upload, store, produce, share, or solicit others to share child sexual abuse material (CSAM) for any reason, including raising awareness or expressing outrage. This commitment fosters a secure environment for all users and strengthens Ramonka’s unwavering dedication to protecting children.
